Hormone Balance
Hormones are endogenous proteins which are produced in one part of our body by an Endocrine gland, passed into the bloodstream and carried to distant organs for use in our biological functioning and processes. Hormones are crucial to our wellbeing and healthy balance.
There are many different types of hormones, each with its own specific functions in our bodies.
The EAV testing for Hormone balance allows the practitioner to check for deficiencies or stresses in individual hormones or groups of hormones.
Hormones tested include:
Adrenal Hormones - Adrenaline, Aldosterone, Corticosterone, Cortisol, DHEA, Hydrocortisone, Vasopressin |
Digestive Hormones - Cholecystokinin |
Hypothalamus Hormones - Thyrotrophic Releasing Hormone |
Reproductive Hormones - Progesterone, Estrone, Estradiol, Estriol, Testosterone |
Pancreatic Hormones - Glucagon, Insulin |
Thyroid and Parathyroid Hormones - TSH Thyroid Stimulating Hormone, Thrytropin, T4 - Thyroxine, T3 - Triiodothyronine, Parathyroid, Calcitonin |
Pineal Hormones - Melatonin |
Pituitary Hormones - Adrenocorticotrophic Hormone, Follicle Stimulating Hormone, Growth Hormone, Luteinising Hormone, Chorionic Gonadotropin, Oxytocin, Prolactin |
| Test results will give an indication towards any patterns of imbalance and Endocrine organ compromise. Treatments will be given in the form of Herbal Medicine, Nutritional Supplementation, Diet and Lifestyle as required. On occasions it may be necessary to undertake further laboratory testing. |

Chemicals: food additives, pesticides, household
We are exposed to a huge variety of Chemicals in our daily lives, some of which can cause unpleasant reactions in individuals leading to illhealth. EAV testing enables you to gain an understanding of which Chemicals you are less tolerant to and hence advised to minimise exposure or consumption of.
The groups under the heading of Chemicals are tested individually and now all groups are considered necessary for testing for all people. For example a child whose diet contains high levels of processed foods sweets etc is more likely to have a developed intolerance to Food additives than to household cleaming products.
After identification of the Chemical intolerance or sensitivity you will naturally wish to avoid further exposure, this may be sufficient to return your body to balanced health or further detoxification programmes may be required.

Amino Acid Profile
Amino Acids are a class of 20 molecules that are combined to form proteins in living things. The sequence of amino acids in a protein and hence protein function are determined by the genetic code.
There are some amino acids which are essential to get from the diet, others are manufactured within our bodies.

Parasites, Virus, Bacteria
Throughout life we are constantly exposed to a variety of parasites, viruses and different bacteria. Our natural body ecology works to maintain a healthy balance, however unfortunately from time to time we may get out of balance or be exposed to parasites, viruses or bacteria that cause detrimental effects on our biological systems.
Testing through the EAV system allows quick and non invasive identification of any energetic imbalance by any of the testing groups: parasites; viruses; or bacteria. Once identified, problems are able to be specifically targeted in any treatment programme.
| Many people choose to include one of these tests into the Standard EAV Health Assessment PLUS, especially if they have any unrelenting digestive upsets, work in childcare centres or have been travelling abroad |

Trace Minerals
Trace Minerals are minerals that are present in very small amounts in the human body and which are required in amounts of less than 100mg per day.
Testing through the EAV system allows identification of any Trace Minerals that may be out of balance and need correction.
Trace Minerals include:
Aluminium, Cadmium, Flouride, Chloride, Lithium, Nickel, Phosphorus, Platinum, Tin, Vanadium.
This is a quick and simple test which can be included in any Standard EAV Health Assessment PLUS.

Toxic Body Load
Toxins are a major cause of ill health and are often culprits in holding a person back from reaching their optimal wellness.
Through the EAV programme of identifying the toxic load upon the body and the most compromised organ systems, safe and effective clearance programmes will be created for each individual.
Digestive and Liver function assessment / support included.

A/B/O Blood Type
Dr Peter J. D'Adamo made sense of why your neighbour can eat all manner of breakfast foods, breads, pastries and never gain a pound whilst you not only gain weight but maybe the cinnamon or chocolate coated biscuits also cause digestive problems.
The key is found in protein molecules call lectins, Researchers have identified over 1,000 foods that contain these protein 'lectins'. Because we are each unique individuals, our bodies will interact with these lectins in different ways - some good and some harmful. Of all the genertic characteristics that you inherited, one lye characteristic will help you predict these interactions and stay healthy: that is your blood type.
| For example, those people with a Blood Type O, the lectins in wheat bind with cellular receptors in the gut and can lead to the symptoms often mistaken for an 'upset stomach'. Excess exposure to the wrong lectins can lead to other more chronic health conditions
By knowing which Foods to Eat Right 4 Your Type you are able to reduce the load on these lectins and put yourself on the right path to good health through the right nutrition.
A/B/O Blood Type testing is available on request and can be incorporated into the Standard EAV Health Assessment PLUS.
