Introduction to Australian Bush Flower Essences Part I
Date 3 Aug and 1 Nov, 2008. Courses will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a maximum of 12 participants.

Course Overview This introductory course will give you a brief outline and history of these unique flower remedies revealing how they can enhance, strengthen, restore and inspire on all levels; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Course Overview This course will cover the healing properties of a further thirty individual flower remedies. You will see how they enable one to address issues such as spiritual disharmony, physical illness and mental negativity with its contribution towards emotional imbalance and, importantly, how they are able to strengthen positive qualities such as courage, inner peace, love and acceptance.

An Introduction to Herbal Medicine
Date 26 May, 12 Jul and 4 Oct 2008. Courses will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a maximum of 12 participants.

Course Overview This course will introduce you to the history of herbal medicine and how and why it has been used for hundreds of years leading through to its wide current day usage and application. You will then explore a selection of seasonal herbs and learn about a range of common ailments and how they can be treated. You will be shown how to make up your very own herbal preparation to take home with you.
Cost £85.00, including a two course lunch, a Beech Farm Country Course certificate and your own personalised herbal tea or cream . Liquid refreshment will be available throughout the day.

An Introduction to Aromatherapy
Date 5 May, 22 June and 18 Oct 2008. Courses will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a maximum of 12 participants.

Course Overview This introductory one day course will give you a brief history of Aromatherapy and teach you how to recognise a quality essential oil. As well as learning about the properties of the individual oils themselves you will also learn how to use them safely and successfully in your everyday life. This will be followed by a look at some common ailments and how they can be treated with oils, before participating in a workshop on making and using a hand or foot massage cream or scrub. At the end of the course you will be able to take this home with you for your own use or as the perfect gift for someone special.
Cost £85.00, including a two course lunch, a Beech Farm Country Course certificate and your own personalised Aromatherapy oil or cream. Liquid refreshment will be available throughout the day.

Shows
Shows are a great way of being able to get yourself tested for Food Intolerances without having the need to spend out for a full health consultation. Includes a full colour printout of the foods which are good for you to include in your diet and those that you are best to reduce or avoid. Tania also offers basic help and support towards better management of your own personal health care concerns.
